Job Description

SELROM is a leading provider of Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the IT industry, specializing in providing comprehensive IT solutions to businesses of all sizes. Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.

  • Prospect Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects to understand their IT needs, educate them of Selrom products or services, and present solutions that address their requirements.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service/solution demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings, effectively highlighting how they meet the IT needs of the prospect.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers through regular follow-ups, timely communication, and personalized interactions, with the goal of fostering long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Closure: Close sales opportunities by effectively addressing objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitments from prospects to move forward with the purchase.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM software, accurately documenting all interactions, leads, and sales activities to track progress and forecast revenue.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, delivery team and other cross-functional teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize sales efforts for maximum effectiveness.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training, self-study, and participation in professional development opportunities.

  • Communication skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients and relay this to colleagues.

  • Mentoring individual sales representatives and administering incentive programs
Monitoring progress in real-time and analyzing the overall performances

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in sales within the IT / Software industry is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
