JOB PURPOSE

Selrom Solution Philippines is on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales opportunities. Your success will depend on your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships. Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  2. Prospect Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects to understand their IT needs, educate them of Selrom products or services, and present solutions that address their requirements.
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct product/service/solution demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings, effectively highlighting how they meet the IT needs of the prospect.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers through regular follow-ups, timely communication, and personalized interactions, with the goal of fostering long-term partnerships.
  5. Sales Closure: Close sales opportunities by effectively addressing objections, negotiating terms, and securing commitments from prospects to move forward with the purchase.
  6. Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline in excel or CRM software, accurately documenting all interactions, leads, and sales activities to track progress and forecast revenue.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, delivery team and other cross-functional teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize sales efforts for maximum effectiveness.
  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through ongoing training, self-study, and participation in professional development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  2. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  3. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  6. Experience in sales within the IT / Software industry is an advantage.
  7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
  9. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  10. Ability to explain technical issues to technical employees and customers
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  12. Ability to Coach, Mentor, and Motivate Sales Executives
  13. Strong technical skills
  14. Mentoring individual sales representatives and administering incentive programs
  15. Monitoring progress in real-time and analyzing the overall performances
