Develop campaign strategies and assign specific goals, metrics, and activities to ensure brand performance and objectives are met.
Proactively align with cross-functional departments and key stakeholders to ensure service quality and timeliness.
Review and monitor brand/campaign performance to determine the effectiveness of strategies and relevance to the consumers.
Propose different brand/campaign activations to improve overall brand/campaign performance and key metrics.
Develop effective, cohesive and engaging brand campaigns and activations that can be heard, understood and are relevant by the target audience.
Identify critical relationships between patterns, data, and trends. Provides workable solutions to improve overall cluster performance and key metrics. Research competitor's strategy and trends.
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner or develop alternate / best possible solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field.
2 years experience in the retail industry and knowledgeable in e-commerce platforms
Flexible and have the ability to adapt to fast-changing marketplace/organization
Good communication and interpersonal skills, aptitude for building relationships
Be able to conduct simple monthly reports and give basic analysis and recommendation
Willing to work daily onsite in Malate Manila, Monday-Friday
