What You Will Do- Develop, lead, monitor and coordinate (with all concerned functional groups) business plans and programs of his assigned territory/accounts within the approved Sales and Distribution strategies.
Implement guidelines with the objective of achieving distribution, revenue and profitability targets.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Study/Marketing/Administration/Management/Commerce or equivalent.- With at least three (3) years sales experience gained from FMCG and with experience handling accounts like supermarket, distributors, modern wholesalers and food services or institutional accounts.
S/he must have strong understanding of market dynamics for fast moving consumer goods.
- Candidates with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills are preferred.
Must be highly organized and customer service oriented.- Must know how to drive and has a valid professional driver's license.
