Monitors and updates JO monitoring records and processes Job Orders based on Customer requirements.- Coordinates with Customers and concerned PIC staff regarding in-coming and/or out-going production through phone calls/confirmation, emails, SMS, and/or Customer meetings to be able to obtain and achieve set production targets and delivery schedules
Prepares, Monitors & Updates Sales, JO & Collection reports on a daily basis to establish actual sales, cost count & collectibles
- Coordinates with the PM, PE, Production, PIC, and Logistics & Warehouse of all incoming and outgoing deliveries and/or pick-up schedules to ensure production schedules are met and on-time delivery is achieved.
