About the role
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building a long-term partnership with and be the primary point of contact for Robinsons malls and other mall clients, with focus on commercial terms structure, business planning / review and excellent marketing execution of his/her area of responsibility.
- Develops and manages the relationship with key stakeholders of the partner company.
- Gains a deep understanding of the strategic priorities and incentives of the partner, its business and customers, as well as the partner's stakeholders.
- Assists in uncovering and fostering commercial opportunities with the partner and developing and articulating the partnership strategy, including the building of the partner Business Plan.
- Facilitate the negotiation, development and execution of partnership agreements.
- Monitors, facilitates, and manages the partner's operational commitments in the partnership agreement (e.g., kiosk deployment, marketing placements) to achieve commercial outcomes for the objectives of the partnership (e.g., customer acquisition volume and adoption).
- Develops and facilitates the execution of marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition and adoption within the channels of the partner.
- Prepares, and assists in the presentation of the monthly business reviews with the partner.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver the partnership plan and its objectives.
Must haves
- Bachelor of Science in Commerce or any business related course
- 2 - 4 years experience in Business Development or Key Account Management
- Background in retail, fintech, finance or relevant consumer-related industries is a strong plus
- Business and financial acumen
