Job Responsibilities:- Plan & implement approved route building process in his territory, conduct regular visit to RD, accounts, stores and route rides to DSP's.
Review, discuss and recommend strategies with RD Partners.- Monitor sales performance both SIV and STT by working closely with RD DSP's.
Coordinate and work with DSP's in managing Top Accounts that contribute 80% Sales Volume.
- Draw up key talking points or strategic/tactical thinking on how to drive business growth.
Monitor out of stocks in the Trade and with your RD specially core sku's that contribute 80% of volume.- Execute plans and program for other sku's to be available with covered accounts.
Cascade & coordinate with DSP's merchandising guidelines set by LMI Marketing Planogram and negotiate with covered accounts.
- Identify and recommend appropriate number of refillers required.
Regular interface and oversee execution of merchandising initiatives in covered accounts.- Conceptualize, recommend and implement programs with the coordination of TMG for covered accounts.
Implement national, channel and activation program by LMI Marketing.
- Actively participate Monthly Operations Review and understand the P&L his assigned RD.
Judiciously manage sales funds provided by the company for your sales operations.- Review and monitor inventory level per sku at your RD Warehouse.
Monitor STT of accounts/stores and SIV of RD Warehouse and facilitate order processing.
- Ensure ample stock levels in the Trade and RD Warehouse and monitor in transit.
Coordinate with LMI logistic and CSDL regarding stock status and loading schedules.- Coordinate with LMI logistic and CSDL regarding stock status and loading schedules.
Ensure monthly BO counting and identify reasons of returns.
- Accomplish competitive strategy and other findings during route.
Train and mentor RD personnel.
Coordinate with Regional Distributor Operations Manager.- Coordinate with Trade Marketing for trade activation and execution.
Coordinate with Brand Managers for new items, promotions, new launching
Generate sales review report during cycle meeting.
- Generate sell-in/sell-out trending and variance analysis report for accounts handled.
Generate product distribution update.- Generate update on approved marketing support.
