What You'll Do:
β Onboard and train clients for seamless product adoption.
β Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
β Strategize account growth and identify upsell opportunities.
β Proactively monitor client satisfaction and drive retention.
β Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
β Manage receivables and streamline payment processes.
β Stay ahead with market trends to offer strategic insights.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10 years in customer-centric roles (Key Account Management, Customer Success, etc.).
- Experience with SaaS products in SMB/Enterprise markets.
- Knowledge of FinTech/AutoTech and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, etc.).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or economics MBA or PMP is a plus.
- Passion for collaboration across diverse teams and geographies.
