The Position

You will be responsible to develop and build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to position Roche as preferred go-to Diabetes Care leader and partner. Establish strong connections and build business partnering with national key retail accounts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities, drive sales and maintain relationships with key accounts and relevant stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Manage and develop key accounts to ensure key objectives of growth, reach, market share are met

Liaise with the Key Decision Makers and other relevant stakeholders of key retail outlets (eg. MDC, WPCS, SSD,RPI, TGP, Actimed etc.) including the Local Chain and Sub-distributor within territory assignment.

Analyze product offtake, inventory and total product assortment listing to positively impact on patient access and retail reach.

Liaise with Sales Coordinator and stakeholders for the proper and timely processing of account orders, including preparation and processing of relevant documents related but not limited to product listing and presentation fees. Collaborate with Marketing on the Trading Term Agreement of Retail accounts.

Who You Are

Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Good analytical, problem solving, creative thinking and time management skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen together with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive for results

An independent and a team player, to collaborate in a cross-functional environment

Bachelor or Master degree from a recognized university; ideally in a medical / science related discipline

At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of healthcare Sales & Marketing industry with in depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

Proficient computer application skills especially in Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Ability to travel interstate as required by the position
