Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and configuration of Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials modules, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring system settings
Participate in workshops, meetings, and training sessions with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives
Support data conversion activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and migration, to ensure accurate and timely data transfer to Workday
Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure that solutions meet client requirements
Provide end-user support and training to clients on Workday functionality, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses from reputable university or college institution
Has at least 5 years in-depth experience and proven track record in implementing Workday modules in Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Reports etc.
At least 5 years implementing Workday in business processes design, security configuration, etc. in the full life cycle (requirement analysis, solution design, drive testing, post-go- live support) following the Workday methodology and internal and external auditing standards.
Business focused, with the ability to communicate and convey messages to both technical and business stakeholders; has the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and compelling.
Additional Notes
This position will be working with global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
Working Set-up: Onsite.
