College graduate of any 4 years course and other similar fields.- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude and has keen eyes for detail.
Has a vast knowledge and experience in the Petroleum Industry particularly in Gas Station supervision.
- Good knowledge of different business functions with strong leadership qualities and work ethic.
Proven work experience as a Supervisor with strong Conflict and People Management skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external teams.
Standard Operations and Compliance
- Ensure that all stations processes and activities conforms to company standards.Customer Service
- Ensure that Customer Satisfaction are met by delivering excellent Customer Service.Safety and Security - Ensure that station is hazard free and exercises security measures to protect the company assets, workforce, and its customers.
- Manpower Management - Ensure that the station has an appropriate and skilled workforce that conforms to the company policies and procedures of running its operation.
