ResponsibilityQuality & Service Management
- Assist in the management of shift procedures of the store including consistent and appropriate execution of the Quality & Service Management. Lead to ensure that the entire store is fully prepared and the store team is ready for the shift.
Supervise the floor during peak hours and implement the principle of Step in and Step-out whenever necessary. Ensure that awesome guest service and hospitality are delivered to each by setting and sustaining a fun, positive, and energetic shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, which includes the dining, kitchen, preparation areas and restroom as well as the exterior of the store in cases applicable, and the good working condition of all equipment.
Engage the guests to ensure that they have been provided with a unique and memorable dining experience. Visit each table to check on the guests experience, build positive relationships and facilitate resolution of guest concerns, if any. Ensures that serving time and product quality standards are achieved at all times and surpassed whenever possible.- Professionally resolve guests concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that the guest who complained will leave the store awesomely satisfied. In cases when in-store resolution is not ensured, seek help and coordinate with Quality and Service Management team in an urgent and effective way.
Assist in the management of closing shift procedures of the store including the timely and effective conduct of a closing line/store check that facilitates an easy and effective set up of the store for the following day's operation.
- Effectively lead the store during the shift to ensure that awesome store operations are consistently achieved.
Lead each shift by delegating duties, assigning specific tasks and ensuring that each team member is fully prepared before, executing excellently during, and setting the next shift up for success as they end theirs.- Nurture a work environment that engages team members in a way that empowers and builds positive relationships.
Sales Building- Develop positive relationships that will create loyalty among guests. Recommend and implement local store marketing programs that reward frequent patrons, strengthening their loyalty to the brand and the frequency of their visits.
Increase the store's average check by coaching, monitoring and recognizing Dining Team Members in executing salesmanship techniques such as suggestive selling and up-selling.
- Device and implement programs that encourage guests to bring more friends/family members to the store.
Review the suggestive selling results of the store and provide guidance and direction to address variances.
Profitability Building- Assist in supervising the completion, and accurate recording of Stations Reports on a daily basis. Checks the reports, analyze it, and make immediate and necessary actions to address variances versus targets.
Supervise in monitoring and managing the use of raw materials at the Dining & Kitchen Team. Ensure the adequacy of portion controls, and guides to minimize cases of over portion/under portion.
- Supervise in monitoring and managing the use of materials such as tissues, packaging materials (for left over and/or carry out), and condiments, among other operating supplies.
Supervise the use of utilities. This shall include but not limited to ensuring the observance of rules on Fire up/Fire down schedules.- Implement store fund practice in accordance with the policies of the company.
Food Delivery Programs Management- Achieve the target rating on Hit Rate.
Monitor Guest Service performance of food delivery team ad call center and immediately address concerns and complaints.
- Oversee the implementation of call backs for all food delivery guests.
Oversee the implementation of quality check for all delivery orders.- Monitor hit rate for all delivery transactions.
Oversee all activities that will contribute to 100% achievement of food delivery sales targets.
- Oversee all activities that will contribute to 100% achievement of food delivery call count targets.
Oversee the 100% implementation of Food Delivery Marketing Programs in the store.- Oversee the regular conduct of Food Delivery Advertising Programs (leaflet, billboard, and streamers) within the trade area.
Prepare and implement the Food Delivery Program Action Plan to help achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Achieve the food delivery profitability target by:
Designing and implementing system to avoid pilferage.- Overseeing the effective maintenance of motorcycle to avoid downtime.
Monitor and control motorcycle maintenance cost, delivery riders labor cost, and food cost to level not exceeding the budget.
- Coordinate with call center and store team to minimize complaints regarding late and inaccurate delivery.
Train and cross train food delivery team members.- Orient food delivery team members on current Food Delivery programs and promotions being implemented.
Oversee work and appraise performance of Food Delivery Team.
- Monitor and coordinate Food Delivery Sales results and special events to the Delivery Programs Manager.
Coordinate with the Food Delivery Team and other departments on all related working requirements (ex. Permits, Licenses, RTA maps, etc.)- Coordinate with Rider Agencies for any concerns pertaining to riders and motorcycles.
Submit the necessary delivery reports accurately and on time.
Stocks and Inventory Management
- Oversee the availability of fresh stocks (food and non - food) at all times. Coordinate with other stores or concerned departments during stock-out.
Establish accurate par levels for all items.- Evaluate actual stock consumption versus forecast.
Oversee the implementation of FIFO system, as well as the cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
- Implement all stock control policies consistently.
Minimize stock transfers (transfer in/ transfer out)- Monitor stock levels in all storage areas.
Control the spoilages, charges and variances within the allowable limit.
- Conduct regular spot audits of stockroom and other storage areas.
Oversee the effective implementation of issuance control system- Oversee the effective implementation of regular inventory count.
Observe and record actual food cost and contributors for P&L justification.
- Prepare and implement Stock and Inventory Action Plan to address immediate concerns on stock cost.
Compute actual order based on par level and current inventory.- Prepare and compile Order Forms.
Oversee the accurate and on-time submission of all requisitions to concerned party.
- Follow through all pending requisitions from the Supply Chain Department.
Implement the stocks receiving policy (ex. random quality check, handling, storage).- Oversee the checking and accurate counting of incoming food, non-food and marketing collaterals.
Monitor delivery time of suppliers and raise immediate concern to Supply Chain Department.
- Prepare Product Complaint Form for items received that are not within the quality specifications.
Train the stockman and incoming managers on stock management policies and procedures.- Supervise work and appraise performance of the stockman.
Oversee the proper and accurate encoding of stock movements in the system.
- Oversee the correct and on-time encoding of inventories of all items in the system.
Oversee the accurate and on-time updating of stock cards.- Oversee the proper filling and issuance of Delivery Receipts
Coordinate with Supply Chain Department, suppliers and other concerned department regarding concerns on stock management efficiency.
People Management
- Assist the management team in holding and facilitating regular meetings for the whole team for review of operations and business results, lay-out action plans, recognize performers, and provide updates on people developments, and critical matters needing emphasis.
Guide the Store Team Members as they carry out their duties. Coach them to further improve performance and enforce the Discipline Policy as necessary.- Discipline employees (Class A & B offenses). Coordinate with the Store Manager and Employee Relations & Evaluation in case of Class C and terminable offenses.
As a Store Trainer, facilitate the training and development of Store Team Members cross training towards Team Leadership.
Standards
- Manage operations, staffing and sales along with profit goals in sole assigned store.
Ensure complete conformance with entire store operations policies.- Responsible in overall operations and management of the store.
Manage store's inventory with all established company guidelines.
- Ensure to receive, check and place all merchandise orders.
Comply with company's defined selling methods to sell merchandise to guests.- Manage work plans within established budgets with purpose to attain optimal store coverage.
Train, guide, discipline, revise and terminate organization's employees.
- Learn about all financial goals of facility and organization through supervising and studying financial performance.
Interpret sales forecast.- Develop, maintain and manage store as well as facility budgets.
Manages facility through training as well as working in every facility's operational areas inclusive of sales, front liners end or back support personnel.
- Ensure clean and safe environment in overall operations.
Participate in all safety activities like safety inspections, risk control meetings, facility tours and accident reviews.- Attend all meetings required by the lease provider.
Attain individual sales objectives as well as guest service goals.
- Make sure that the store operation runs smoothly with adequate efficiency.
Check all reports including but not limited to Cashier's reports, Dining report and Kitchen report.- Institute internal safeguards on company funds, assets and properties. To seek ways to improve and maximize efficiency of store facilities and equipment in close coordination with the Management Team.
Develop new and enhance work processes in close coordination with the Management Team to provide corrective actions to recurring problems including internal guest complaints, as well as preventive actions to avoid potential problems from occurring.
- Participate, collaborate, and implement initiatives and projects driven by the organizational strategy.
