Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Preferred licensed- atleast 2-3 yrs related experience
Expertise: Structural Analysis and Design, Plan review, Autocad Drafting, Coordination
- Preferably someone who works/ed in a consulting firm
Must have experience handling projects from middle to high rise residential building- Must be willing to work onsite at BGC Taguig
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Contract: probationary not a project based
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Structural analysis an design of building and other structures.
- Structural design review of structural plans and review of structural calculations (building and other structures).
Autocad drafting of structural drawings and details.- Coordination of design with architectural and engineering disciplines - Design team.
Checking and review if RFA/RFI queries from engineering team/contractor.
- Coordination with consultant regarding RFA/RFI queries.
Checking and review of structural KPI of buildings such as rebar ratio, rebar per CFA, conc. per CFA, so forth.- Support the construction engineering team regarding design queries.
And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned by the management.
