JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Provides detailed calculations that ensures strength and stability of the structure to develop cost-efficient, code compliant, safe and high quality driven structural designs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures timely, quality, accurate and complete of all reports, designs, blueprints,
specifications and construction documents
- Provides structural computations aligned with established design philosophy and strategy.
- Initiates research on innovative, cost-efficient building systems and materials applicable to projects and developments.
- Inspects property to evaluate the condition and foundation of proposed site and provides technical solutions on safe designs and constructions.
- Collaborates with other internal operations departments and construction professionals.
- Adjusting designs and plans to meets client needs. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
- Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
- Manages and resolves issues and concerns or escalates to Supervisor accordingly.
- Maintains organized files and all related documents.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Registered Civil Engineer
- Knowledgeable in seismic analysis and AutoCAD.
- With working knowledge of National Structural Code of the Philippines, ACI and AISC codes.
- Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.
- Able to perform productively while under pressure.
- Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
