We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Software Developer to join our team! As a Junior Software Developer, you will be responsible for supporting our software development team in all aspects of our product's development, testing, and implementation.
- Javascript with good experience or interest in Typescript
React
RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL- SQL and any javascript ORM. Prisma is preferred
Good experience with Git, Pull Request flow
- Have 1 or 2 projects deployed live to either Heroku or Vercel
These skills are nice to haves. It's okay to not know these, but if you are curious to learn, we're more than happy to teach.
- Experience in working with design libraries using Chakra-UI as it's core and Storybook for it's documentation and management
Experience in working with Unit testing using Jest
- Experience with End to End testing using Playwright
Experience with AWS services and Serverless technologies- Experience with Terraform
Experience with Docker
- Knowledge or experience with Javascript frameworks outside of what Mochi is using
Knowledge or experience with other programming languages such as Ruby, Python, Rust, Elixir
