Site Location: San Jose Delmonte, Bulacan & Malolos, Bulacan
With strong personality, expected honesty and competence is expected. Attention to detail and ability to deal with different types of site employees is also expected.
- Managing the progress of the construction projects (in terms of the labor and materials)
Overseeing building works, set-up of work sites and facilities- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervising contracted staff in collaboration with the Site Foreman
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets and required timelines
Preparing site accomplishment reports (for monitoring and billing purposes) and filling in relevant paperwork required by the general contractors- Ensuring safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered in coordination.
Attending Technical, Management and Safety meetings

Education:- Preferably a Civil Engineer, Civil Engineering Tech, Mechanical Engineer or Construction Management graduate with experience in the construction industry.
Must have a COSH or BOSH Certification
- Background in the faade (glass and aluminum) industry and project management is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
