Handling Calls: Ensure all incoming calls are answered promptly and take clear, accurate messages when necessary.
Mail Management: Collect and distribute all incoming post and deliveries, and manage outgoing post and couriers.
Diary Management: Assist with diary management, including organizing travel, accommodation, and email correspondence.
Education: Graduate of any 4-year course.
