Job Description:

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Your role involves a mix of field work, sales, and client management.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Work:Conduct regular visits to channel partners, including hospitals, companies, insurance providers, and partners
  • Proposal Management:Obtain contact details of potential clients and send tailored proposals to secure partnerships
  • Sales:Promote and sell gift cards to various partners and clients
  • Client Engagement:Facilitate and host live sessions through Facebook with new partners to ensure smooth integration
  • Reporting:Prepare and submit end-of-day reports detailing activities, progress, and outcomes
  • Database Management:Update and maintain accurate records in HubSpot and Halcyon CRM systems
  • Strategy Execution:Develop and implement successful strategies to meet with more families and assist them in preplanning
  • Web Portal Management:Coordinate schedule availability, accept/deny appointments, and report results of presentations
  • Consumer Education:Provide education on the crematorium industry and the services provided
  • Lead Generation:Generate and prospect leads both in the field and within thecrematorium industry
  • In-Home Presentations:Conduct presentations in the homes of potential clients

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Must-haves:

  • Graduate of Sales, Marketing, Business, or Communication related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be based in Bulacan
  • Demonstrate a professional and presentable appearance with a warm and engaging personality
  • Must be open-minded
  • Strong relationship development and communication skills
  • Empathetic, caring, and compassionate
  • Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
  • Must be willing to travel to appointments with interested consumers

Nice to haves:

  • Background in sales
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Appropriate state Life Insurance license or ability to obtain one
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot and Halcyon
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle or car
