Job Summary:
Amadi Beach Front Resort is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong English fluency (both verbal and written), and basic computer proficiency. Preference will be given to those who have experience in hotel rate management and property management software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing guests with accurate rate information, package details, and other relevant booking information.
- Manage the resort's main phone line, attending to room booking requests, corporate inquiries, and any other guest concerns.
- Convert potential leads into bookings by creating reservations in the property management system (PMS).
- Coordinate with the Senior Sales Executive to ensure all leads and inquiries are followed up in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain proper records of communication with guests, ensuring all details are documented for internal and guest reference.
- Assist with updating and managing hotel rate plans and sales strategies.
- Provide support with corporate bookings, group reservations, and special event coordination when needed.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including email management, organizing sales data on Excel, and tracking booking performance.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by providing accurate and timely responses to all queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Excel, email management, and other administrative tools.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, particularly in rate plans, booking strategies, and general sales processes.
- Experience using Property Management Software (PMS) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and procedures.
