The Junior Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing relationships with prospects, and helping set up sales calls/demos for the Senior Sales Executives to close. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers.

The director is responsible for contacting a prospective client base and scheduling appointments with our Business Development team. We are a process and productivity driven organization and you will be responsible for helping to expand our organization. Additional responsibilities include
- Identify and qualify senior business leaders as potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other methods.
- Collaborate with Senior Sales Executives to close the clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Maintain client database to make sure the Senior Sales Executive team can access current information on all leads.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on client trends and needs.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction.
As the Junior Sales Development Representative you must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and have the ability to function effectively in a fast paced work environment. Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times.
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in working with various BPO companies is required.
- Experience in customer/client support is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a BPO sales position or related field.
- Communication strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of sales processes and various CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common office software tools.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
