Job Description:- Building audit reports for NPS and patient satisfaction survey
Analyzing and interpreting data from reports extracted from Power BI- Working with stakeholder to identify process improvements
Assembling data within agreed timeframes
- Building forms/quizzes/quality assurance forms
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience as a Reports Analyst or similar
Experience in MS Excel and PowerBI- Familiar with dashboards, reports, portals, etc
Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Amenable working night shift
