Processing medical invoices
- Creating reports and analysis using MS Excel
Improving existing client reporting templates in MS Excel
Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
Requirements
- At least 1-year BPO experience handling Medical Invoices
Extensive working knowledge with MS Excel (Pivot, Macro, Formulas, Error codes)- Good verbal and written English Skills
Willing to work onsite in MANDALUYONG
- Amenable working night shifts
