Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recommending top talent for staffing and headhunting positions across various roles and expertise areas. Your primary focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with clients and utilizing our HR Information System (HRIS) to manage candidate information effectively.
Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications.
Recommend and refer suitable candidates to key accounts and clients.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS.
Manage job postings and candidate status updates in the HRIS on a daily and weekly basis.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Provide regular recruitment reports and updates as required.- Focus on handling niche requirements across all client needs, including new and upcoming client projects.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance our overall recruiting process.
- Broadcast job vacancies across different sourcing platforms to reach a wider audience.
Participate in recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus hiring, client meetings (both onsite and virtual), etc.- Conduct background checks and administer character tests as needed.
Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in any field.- At least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, staffing, or recruitment.
Ability to work with minimum supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Proactive when dealing with customers/potential clients.
Preferred experience in a manpower agency or similar environment where headhunting and staffing are core activities.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment tools/software.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
