_The Junior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects within budget and agreed timeline. He/She ensures customer satisfaction by finishing the project within standards, within budget, and on time. He/she handles all documentations necessary for proper and timely billing._
_Duties also includes but not limited to:_
- _Manages the team assigned in the project_
_Secures permits and documentations for mobilization and demobilization_- _Ensures proper assignment of personnel for proper utilization_
_Monitors on going project, personnel, quality, budget, and timing_
- _Reports project updates to the department head on a daily basis_
_Responsible for getting resolutions for issues that may be encountered while implementing the project_- _Leads the team in the installation of equipment_
_Ensures complete documents and all items are properly accounted for and returned as needed prior to project turn over_
- _Conducts proper training to customers and ensures their understanding and satisfaction_
_Conducts proper performance analysis_- _Secures permits and documentations for mobilization and demobilization_
_Ensures proper assignment of personnel for proper utilization_
- _Monitors on going project, personnel, quality, budget, and timing_
Graduate of Electronics course
- Related experience in CCTV and other security surveillance and alarm system products (structured cabling, door and biometrics access, turnstile, etc.) are applicants advantage
Strong leadership, project management, and technical skills- Good communication skill both
oral and written
Willing to handle 20-40 projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office application and use of email
Willing to do field work (to monitor and validate project progress as needed)- Fresh graduates with internship similar to the job description are encouraged to apply
