RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure that project is delivered within agreed scope and approved schedule and budget.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.- Comply with established project methodology and approach.
Communicates project status, progress, issues/risks for escalation to the stakeholders.
- Monitoring and resolution of project issues and mitigation of risks
Manages the project team members, ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the various phases of the project.- Lead and coach project team members in technical/non-technical aspects to ensure that they can complete project tasks and deliverables.
Determine metrics to properly reflect progress and on time monitoring of the project.
