Responsible in creating new program or revising programs according to the specifications and system design.- To perform troubleshooting through analysis of code and data, identify system issues, concerns and provide solution.
Perform development / update of the User's Manual.
- Responsible for projects including web-based applications and cloud applications based on defined specifications and design.
Develop, test, monitor and maintain programs as specified by the management.- Willing to communicate to support clients via email and phone calls.
