Job Summary:- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Mechanic / Assistant Motorcycle Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of motorcycle repair and maintenance, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist senior mechanics in performing routine maintenance and repairs on various motorcycle models.
- - Conduct preliminary inspections to identify issues and report findings to senior staff.
- Help with disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of motorcycle components.- - Support in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored.
- - Follow safety protocols and adhere to best practices in motorcycle repair.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Basic knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and repair procedures.- - College graduate or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive/motorcycle repair is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with motorcycle maintenance or repair is preferred but not required.
- - Ability to use basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- - Good communication skills and a willingness to take direction and learn from experienced mechanics.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle various mechanical tasks.- Maintaining contact with supervisors to receive instructions on work progress and status updates.
