Research laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company's operations, providing analysis and recommendations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Support ongoing compliance monitoring and testing activities, including reviewing processes, transactions, and records to identify potential compliance issues or gaps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities, findings, and remediation efforts.
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for senior management and regulatory authorities as needed.
Bachelor Holder, major in Law or any legal Studies- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience related to corporate secretarial functions and dealings with government agencies such as SEC, BIR, DOLE, Immigration etc.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and apply legal and regulatory requirements
- Drafts and review contracts and other legal documents
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Good command of both spoken and written English and Filipino
