EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Project Management (at least with 3 full cycle implementation experience); 3 years of relative experience
Preference to be experienced in SW Project management Strong communication Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong process orientation and enforcement
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management Ensure that project is delivered within agreed scope and approved schedule and budget.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
Comply with established project methodology and approach.
- Communicates project status, progress, issues/risks for escalation to the stakeholders.
Monitoring and resolution of project issues and mitigation of risks- Manages the project team members, ensuring that the right resources are deployed at the various phases of the project.
Lead and coach project team members in technical/non-technical aspects to ensure that they can complete project tasks and deliverables.
- Determine metrics to properly reflect progress and on time monitoring of the project.
