The Kambi IT Operations is looking for NOC Engineers to further strengthen our team's ability to deliver a prompt, efficient and outstanding support to the IT Operations requirement of the business.
Job Scope:
- Provide IT Support across all offices.
- Provide quality technical support to operators.
- System monitoring
- Troubleshoot application and server problems and initiate necessary actions and escalation procedure.
Qualifications:
- Experience providing IT Support - local or remote
- Bachelors degree in information technology and any related courses
- Exposure to Sportsbook industry is an advantage
- Willing to learn new technologies
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Ability to work longer hours, night shifts, and shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Good team player
