• Job Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will work directly with the Creative Director, crafting visually compelling digital marketing materials for our clients. From website designs and social media graphics to email campaigns and digital advertising, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our brand's digital presence. You'll also manage our social media accounts, ensuring our online presence is engaging and impactful.

• Key Responsibilities

Creative Collaboration: Work with the Creative Director and the creative team to design and execute visually stunning digital marketing materials, including website layouts, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.

Design Execution: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to create and edit images, graphics, and layouts.Social Media Management: Oversee the brand's social media accounts, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and adjust strategies as needed.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of design projects.

Skill Development: Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to enhance your skills and contribute to the team's growth.Versatility: Improve and create graphics for web design and related projects. Be open to cross-training in video editing, web design, and website development.

• Tech Savvy: Learn and utilize MyPortal CMS and design technologies.

Adaptability: Take on other tasks as needed to support the team's success.

• Qualifications

Design Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and Figma.

Creative Skills: Strong conceptual and creative abilities, with a knack for translating ideas into compelling visuals.Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Design Principles: Familiarity with typography, color theory, and composition.
