We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Graphic Artist with expertise in events, advertising, and 3D animation to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics, animations, and designs that effectively communicate our brand's message across various platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will lead the design process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your exceptional artistic abilities, technical proficiency, and industry knowledge will contribute to the success of our marketing and advertising initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop visually stunning and innovative graphic designs, illustrations, animations, and layouts for various mediums, including print, digital, social media, and video.
Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines to create compelling visuals that align with the company's vision.
- Conceptualize and design materials for events, including but not limited to banners, posters, signage, stage backdrops, and promotional items, ensuring they are visually impactful and aligned with the event theme.
Utilize 3D animation software and tools to create engaging and realistic animations for product demonstrations, event presentations, and promotional videos.- Stay updated with industry trends, new software, and emerging technologies in graphic design, advertising, and 3D animation, and apply this knowledge to enhance design capabilities and deliver cutting-edge visuals.
Lead the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior graphic designers, offering constructive feedback, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, copywriters, and project managers, to understand project requirements and effectively translate them into visually compelling designs.- Maintain an organized file management system, ensuring all design assets, project files, and reference materials are properly stored and easily accessible for future use.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas and concepts, and actively engage in the creative development process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
- Experience: With 0-1 years experience in events and advertising company.
Strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience creating animations and motion graphics.- Passion for travel and the ability to create designs that reflect the spirit of exploration.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
