Qualification Standards
Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience (for non-licensed Engrs)/ No experience required (for licensed Engineers)
Training: 4 hours of training relevant to the job

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Assists in conducting site inspection, verification of title/s and property's land use, and appraisal of properties for acquisition thru CMP;
- Assists in gathering and analyzing general and specific data necessary in the preparation of appraisal reports;
- Assists in the preparation of site inspection, title verification, appraisal, project accomplishments, and compliance reports;
- Assists in validating accomplishments/compliance documents submitted by stakeholders and assesses conditions thereof for purposes of loan release;
- Assists in preparing materials for presentation to the SHFC Board of Directors such as maps showing comparable CMP projects within the vicinity and pictures of projects
to be endorsed for LOG approval;
- Assists in checking a) the property's boundaries and configuration through plotting, b) the accuracy of the technical description inscribed in the Transfer Certificates of Title
c) the approved subdivision plan, and d) total land area
- Assists in attending to the queries of various CA/CMP mobilizers and coordinates with the same on how to resolve project issues through cliniquing;
- Assists in canvassing prices of construction materials; and
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time;
