About The Role
The Junior Electrical Engineer (Coordinator - Maintenance Engineer Records) coordinates filing and maintaining Site Statutory Engineering Data and Drawings. He/she will assist the Maintenance Superintendent Execution Electrical in supervision and execution within the standards of all the corrective and preventive maintenances in the site.
The Junior Electrical Engineer (Coordinator - Maintenance Engineer Records) will report to our Orica Limay Manufacturing Plant.
What you will be doing
- Assist in execution of the daily maintenance plan within the production cells and responds to breakdowns to ensure production continuity.
- Troubleshoot PLC program related issues
- Ensures appropriate reporting is executed post-work completion to update records and outcomes.
- Conducts regular, scheduled, and unscheduled plant equipment and general inspections and formalizes outcomes and actions.
- Creating & maintaining Equipment registrations and documentation in SAP
- Ensuring Plant controlled drawings & documents are kept current and issued to Site.
- Control and administration of Plant equipment numbering systems and databases.
- Completion and update of all the engineering and maintenance documents according to the needs of the department based on the company's standards.
What you will bring
- A licensed Electrical Engineer by the Professional Regulations Commission.
- Has a minimum of 23 years of experience practicing the profession and 2 years of experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing plant.
- Must have proven knowledge and expertise in electrical systems and standards for both high and low-voltage installations, including creation of single line diagram at motor control, considering applicable regulatory requirements.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with people across all levels of the organization.
- Must have experiece in PLC programming
- Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance, OEE, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing,SAP4s and Microsoft office, in general, is an advantage.
- Must have high and undeterred regard for safety
