Job Description: As a full time
Junior Data Analyst you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support customers.
The Data Analyst will work extensively with SQL, Python & Excel.
You will ensure that data is received, checked, transformed and ingested into the platform. This includes using it to get data for business cases built by the Customer Success Managers (CSMs), derive and monitor customer success metrics as well as investigate opportunities to uncover opportunities to add value to the customer in a logistics context. It also includes handling communication with the Customer and their Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to raise disputes on received invoices, and follow them through to conclusion. Finally, it is expected this role will ensure ongoing receipt, completeness and accuracy of invoice, rate card and contractual data from customers.
You will join an existing Customer Success Data Analyst team working remote from the Philippines.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, effective communicator, who is highly organized, curious, and can prioritize while multitasking.
In this role you will:
- Ensuring accurate and complete invoice and rate card data is gathered from customers LSPs and ingested into the platform
- Liaise with Customers and their LSPs on any question related to their data completeness or accuracy
- Work with the CSM and wider CS Team to analyze complex data sets, to support Proof of Concept (POC) with prospects, to support Customer Simulations and any other required reason that may affect the Customer journey within the platform
- Ensure customers always hit their success plans and integration timelines, taking responsibility for data acquisition and analysis pieces
- Become the technical expert on customer deployments and the onboarding within the product
- Feedback customer and market knowledge into product and engineering teams, contributing to the product roadmap each quarter
- Offer ongoing support for various administrative tasks, ensuring the seamless operation of critical business processes
- Continuously monitor and optimize workflows for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and productivity
About you:
- Legally eligible to work in the Philippines
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- As an independant contractor, you must have your own laptop / computer and secure, high speed internet access
- University Degree in a relevant field: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics (or similar)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python & Microsoft Excel
- Experience with in-depth data analysis, extracting insights and implementing advanced data manipulation techniques
- Experience conducting comprehensive data cleansing and governance
