Junior Data Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

Job Summary

The Junior Data Analyst shall be responsible for processing and interpreting sales and inventory data.

• Duties and Responsibilities

Data Management

• Creates customer, vendor, new product, or supplier's info to the ERP system;

Creates and maintains purchase info records on the ERP system;

• Creates materials, flagging of deletions, and maintenance on the ERP system;

Maintains and updates product discounts;

• Checks and edits any wrong or update name descriptions, monitors reports and fixes, or recommends a solution to fix errors;

Performs inventory management by regularly checking product quantities, lot numbers, batch numbers, and expiration dates;

• Performs price maintenance by regularly checking selling and purchase discounts and deals;

Extracts or generates reports or data for management on both requested regularly or as-needed;

• Checks and corrects individual product data records for pricing errors and other potential issues;

Ensures master data integrity on the system as well as maintaining the process to support data quality;

• Processes incentive computation based on the sales performance of each sales personnel;

Prepares credible data that provides detailed forecasting for the use of Trade Procurement;

• Closely coordinates and reports inaccuracies to the ICT/MIS Department on data extractions and management;

• Others

Supports the Supply Chain Manager in developing programs, policies, and procedures relative to the improvement of the Department and its services;

• Abides by the company rules and regulations implemented with regards to policies and procedures, Quality Management, occupational health and safety, and in the Employee's Handbook; and

Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

• Educational Requirements

Graduate of BS IT, BS Computer Science or Equivalent

Competency

• Experience in data analytics, data mining, and/or data interpretation

Essentials

• High proficiency in using MS Excel and other Spreadsheet programs

Proficiency in computer data applications

• High level of interpersonal skills

Desirable

• Willing to work under pressure

Ability to interpret numerical data into relevant information

• Ability to work quickly and accurately

Ability to work long hours and manage work pressure
