Reports To
The Technician will report to the President and CEO, VP for Operations, General Manager, & Service Manager.
Job Description
- Travel offsite to customers locations to perform maintenance and repair of Electrolux equipment to ensure top product performance.
- Proper use of all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle, and diagnostic tools provided
- Conducts technical diagnosis and performs specialized repairs.
- Diagnose problems, assess the extent of the problem, document findings, and decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts.
- Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job.
- Pre-screen next-day service call by obtaining necessary information to help diagnose problems prior to arriving at the customers home.
- Meet or exceed company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix the right first time, revisits, parts management.)
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a high school degree, undergrad credit, or NC II from TESDA or finish a course on Electro-Mechanical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
- Must have at least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in troubleshooting & repairs
- Must have a driver's license with restrictions 1 and/or 2
- Reading and understanding schematic diagrams are a plus but not a requirement
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and basic instruction.
