Responsible for sourcing, ordering and delivery of all construction, hardware materials, vehicle spare parts, computers, parts, toners and peripherals with the right quality, best price and on time.
- Coordinates with end users/requisitioning departments regarding specifications and details of purchasing requirements.
Handles efficient sourcing and procurement of construction and hardware materials. Recommends to Jr. Manager best price, terms, and source.- Prepares purchase orders and monitors timely delivery of orders.
Conducts continuous review of existing policies, procedures, strategies and recommends necessary improvements.
- Implements supplier sourcing, evaluation, and accreditation procedures; recommends a superior course of actions whenever necessary.
Handles special projects as may be assigned by immediate superior.
Education:- Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical or Industrial Minimum
Experience:
- With at least 2 years related work experience, at least 1 year in supervisory capacity
Skill/Other Requirements Preferably with background on SAP or Oracle Netsuite
