Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Junior Business Development Specialist to join our team. our main role will involve reaching out to potential clients to introduce them to the Blueshirt Mobile App and its benefits. You will also assist in basic marketing tasks to support our business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the Blueshirt Mobile App.
- Explain the app's features and benefits, and answer any questions / concerns
- Identify and generate potential leads and work to convert them into clients.
- Assist with marketing activities like email campaigns and community outreach.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year experience in B2B Sales
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Motivated, organized, and eager to learn and grow in a business development role.
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
