Job Description

_Overview: _The Junior Business Development Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Business Development by managing project timelines, data entry, tracking, and ensuring organizational efficiency. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing administrative tasks and project logistics.

_Key Responsibilities:_
  • Project Management Support:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of business development projects.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.
Track project progress, update project documentation, and report on key metrics to the Head of Business Development.
  • Data Entry & Analysis:
Enter and maintain accurate data related to business development activities, contacts, and projects.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to provide insights into project performance and outcomes.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Head of Business Development.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to business development initiatives.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the Business Development department and other teams.
  • Administrative Tasks:
Provide administrative support by drafting correspondence, responding to inquiries, and managing email communications.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for business development purposes.
Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and meetings, including venue booking and attendee coordination.
  • Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support integrated marketing and business development campaigns.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment within the Business Development department.

Qualifications:_
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination, data entry, and administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, clickup).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Experience in business development or marketing is a plus.
