Junior Business Analyst | Hybrid (CAN START ASAP)

• Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

• At least 1-2 years of experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Data Gathering

Has experience in Quality Assurance work, primarily writing effective Test Cases, Test Plans, and executing the same.

• Has experience in Defect tracking and management.

With experience in SDLC, Business and Systems Analysis, and/or Quality Assurance

• With experience in business needs assessment, requirements elicitation, business requirements analysis and documentation, and solution assessment and validation.

Proficient in training and software manual testing

• Knowledgeable in Regression testing

Possesses good management and communication skills

• Experience in Agile

• Job Description

Designing quality review plan(s) and testing reports that correspond to business initiatives and processes.

• Conducting oversight reviews of the line of business's internal controls to ensure compliance with internal requirements.

Preparing and delivering business cases based on solid analysis and review findings.

• Performing analysis of exceptions to identify root cause and systemic errors

Non-Exemption/Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

With strong background on Business Analysis than in QA
