Job Description_
- Handle the system of processing for payroll of Rank and File (R&F) level.
Ensure that entries on timecard/timesheet of Rank and File employees are authenticated and overtime are supported by authorizations approved by respective superiors.
Encodes timecard/timesheet summary entries including vacation leave, sick leave and other employee benefits.
Prepare written report on noted erroneous, doubtful or fictitious entry on timecard/timesheet and submit to superior for proper and immediate action.
Ensure processing of unclaimed basic salary, 13th month pay etc. for expired, resigned or terminated employee.
Generates payroll reports (Register, pay slip, Deduction Register, etc.) and payroll back-up for uploading on BPI banking.
Updates Payroll master file and data base such as employee information sheet,( employee number, name, TIN Number, Exemption Code, Pay rate, etc.) employees rate authentication, termination, etc.
Computes back wages whenever necessary.
Ensures that salary deductions for R&F employees are affected on payroll computation (SSS Premium, Medicare, Pag-ibig, SSS loan, pag-ibig loan, company loans, etc).
Monitors schedule of employees government and company principal loan and deductions.
Obtain superior approval on payroll advice.
- Prepare the weekly P&L estimates for Corporate and do the consolidation with plant.
Cascade to all plants the trending sales volume for the week.
Determine the accrual of marketing expenses and check with payable system the actual incurred for proper estimation,
Gather from plants the complete weekly report package for consolidation (deposits/refund, sales volume report, variable cost, P&L).
Compute for the estimated concentrate income for the period.
- Handle CRR (Collection Receipts Register)
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Knowledgeable in general accounting, tax and compliance
With good communication skills, management skills, and organizational skills.
Must be a fast-learner with a pro-active and can-do attitude and detailed-oriented
