Requirements

  • Graduate in Psychology, Education, or any related degree
  • Passionate in working with children
  • Have full time availability
  • Possess good interpersonal skills
  • Willing to undergo training

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow prescribed behavioral acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
  • Collect, record and summarize data on observable client behavior
  • Ensure documentation is completed on time and following established procedures
  • Effectively communicates with parents and caregivers regarding the client's progress as instructed by the supervising clinician (BCaBA/ QASP-S)
  • Utilize safe and appropriate handling
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace
