As a Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Leads to ensure that the entire store is fully prepared and the store team is ready for the shift
Ensures that excellent service and hospitality are delivered to each guest by setting and sustaining a fun, positive, and energetic shift- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, which includes the dining area, restroom, kitchen, and preparation areas as well as the exterior of the store in cases applicable, and the good working condition of all equipment
Sales Building / Marketing Management
- Develops positive relationships that will create loyalty among guests.
Increases the store's average check by coaching, monitoring, and recognizing Food Servers in executing salesmanship techniques such as suggestive selling and up-selling- Devices and implements programs that encourage guests to bring more friends/family members to the restaurant Profitability Building / Financial Management
Oversees the complete and accurate recording of Stations Reports on a daily basis. As the closing MOD checks the reports, analyzes, and makes immediate and necessary actions to address variances versus targets
- Plans, to recognize performers and provide updates on relevant developments and critical matters needing emphasis
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Management, or any 4- course related to Hospitality or Food Service Operations
- With relative experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager / Branch Manager in Food-Beverage Industry.
Knowledgeable and Experienced in various Restaurant Operations Facets- Must be able to perform Profit and Loss Report Generation and Analysis
