Job Responsibilities:
- Cross reviews plans for all trades on all properties
Helps with working drawings for site submittal- Willing to be assigned for field works on all properties
Designs and drafts future projects from design development to maintenance and improvements
Willing to be involved in other design activities
Qualifications:
Preferably with experience in construction reviews, horizontal and vertical projects, fit-out detailing
- Knowledgeable with CAD, Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office
