Junior Architect / Site Visit Conductor (for a furniture company)
Requirements:
- Fresh Grad Architecture or IE Student
- Has great sense of proportion
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Can neatly sketch house layouts
-Has confidence and good communication skills as representative of the company JD
-Show sample swatches of wood finishes and fabrics to clients
-Measure houses of clients and create a sketch/visuals of accurate measurements
-Endorse site visit observations to the project coordinator via online meetings
- Suggests optimal layout of furniture to the client
