Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect located at our office in Ribander, Goa, India.

We welcome applications from graduates.

As a Junior Architect, you will be involved in various architectural, industrial and interior design projects, collaborating with senior architects and project teams to produce working drawings and from time to time, presentations. You will also participate in site visits and support the project management life cycle.

Minimum Qualifications

• B. Arch from a COA-registered institute.
• Excellent drafting proficiency in DraftSight and SketchUp.
• Attention to detail, transparency in communication, and the ability to convert constructive criticism into tangible results for a project.
• Ability to work collaboratively while functioning autonomously on day-to-day tasks.
• Strong knowledge of human-centric design, structures, building codes and regulations.

Additional Skills

• Prior experience in Lumion, Revit or the Autodesk suite would be useful, although we do not use these softwares.
• Enthusiasm to engage with a larger workforce during site visits on an ad-hoc basis.
