JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing and produces conceptual plans.
Identify the project's needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.- Prepares plans and documents necessary for the schematic, design development and contract documents phases of a project
Reviews and monitors submittals from design consultants, contractors, construction managers and other concerned parties for the assigned project/s.
- Attends meetings with the owner/owner's representatives
Well-versed in high-end residential, commercial, recreational and industrial developments- Knowledgeable in CAD, 3D STUDIO/LUMION.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop solutions to complex design challenges.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
With experience in architectural and civil works for residential and/or construction.- Good attitude, efficient, and interpersonal skills
Licensed Architect is an advantage but not required
Must be amenable to work in an office located in Madrigal Business Park Alabang Muntinlupa City

Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php22,000.00 per month
