Job Description: The Junior Architect is expected to deliver quality architectural plans and documents
according to the requirements of the firm and its clients. Architectural plans include
floor plans, 3D perspectives and many others.
The Junior Architect will assist in the creation of required designs within cost estimates
through the submission of canvas reports and bill of materials.
The Junior Architect will also provide technical support to the project during the various
stages of the development cycle from planning, construction, and project turn-over.
University degree in Architecture is required.
Profound knowledge and skills in architectural rendering
Good working knowledge of basic graphical software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.)
Excellent design and aesthetic sense
Willing to work in Madrigal Business Park Muntinlupa City
