RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION INCLUDE- Project coordination and implementation with the team
Responsible for CAD drafting, floor plans, elevations, bespoke designs, and color schemes- Create rendered perspectives of the designs
Must be able to take instructions when briefed from Lead Designer
- Creating of working drawings and furniture specifications
Material and color selection- Outsourcing of fabrics, granite, and other materials and furniture
Handling clients and doing presentations
Graduate of BS Architecture
Able to read and document technical drawings- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote team, and respond proactively and when required
Exceptional attention to detail, design principles and standards
- Creative problem-solving and a love for design is a must
High level time management skills, ability to meet deadlines with quality work- Willing to be assign in Taytay Rizal
